Main performance characteristics

- It can form a hole at one time, cast-in-place pile, and complete the operation of placing reinforcement cage, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, good quality and low cost.

Structural features

Power head and drilling tool
The power head is composed of double motor, three ring reducer and hanger. The motor is connected with the input shaft of the three ring reducer through the elastic coupling, and the output shaft of the three ring reducer is connected with the drilling tool through flange plate. The reducer is installed on the hanger and suspended on the column guide rail of pile frame through pulley block and steel wire rope. Driven by the winch, it can move up and down along the column guide rail to complete the drilling and piling operation.
Pile frame
The pile frame is a three fulcrum structure, and the cross shaft structure is used for the connection between the column and the fuselage. Therefore, the column adjustment is more flexible and convenient. The walking chassis is moved by walking oil cylinder and hydraulic support leg. The crawler chassis drives the crawler device through the walking motor and the traveling reducer to move the ground. The main winch and auxiliary winch are installed on the main engine. The main hoist is used to lower and lift the power head and drilling tools for pile construction, while the auxiliary hoist is used for the installation of pile frame, lifting tools and reinforcement cage.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of oil pump motor assembly, oil tank, outrigger oil cylinder, travel oil cylinder, oil pipe, control valve, etc. It is mainly used to control the action of outrigger oil cylinder and travel oil cylinder.
control system
The control room is made of thin plate structure and three windows, which can ensure the wide view and safety and comfort. The hydraulic control is controlled by four multi-way valve handles, and the electrical control elements are arranged in the electric control console or control box, which is very convenient to operate.
