Function introduction

Static pile driver is a new type of foundation construction machinery which adopts full hydraulic static pile driving. It avoids the vibration and noise caused by the impact of pile hammer and the air pollution caused by the gas discharged from the machine during operation. The construction has little impact on the nearby buildings and residents.
Working principle of pile driving: in the process of driving the pile, the weight of the pile driver is used as the reaction force to overcome the friction resistance of the pile side and the reaction force of the pile tip in the process of driving the pile, and the pile body is pressed into the soil.
According to the market demand, our company can provide 600-12000kn pile driving machine for customers to choose, which can adapt to different shapes of prefabricated piles, such as square piles, round piles, H-shaped steel piles, etc., and the size of precast piles can be from 150-800mm.
